If you see some money on the ground, do you bend and pick it up?
My Mum says NO, it's bound to be full of germs and other sorts of yuck
I don't know what Yuck is but it doesn't sound very nice at all
But I think of all the sweets I could buy from big bags to down to small
I see the germs on television and they're not very nice to see
From dripping fangs, sharp claws and teeth, I don't want them to crawl on me
Maybe they would eat me alive, or nibble on my ears
I would have to wash behind them and that fills me with real fear!
What if they spread and crawled over my little brother Fred
They could creep into his baby bottle, while he is asleep in bed
Laughing and gnashing their teeth as they consume all that they see
From the dirty socks under my bed to Grandads small TV
I would be too scared to sleep at night in case they ate my nose
They would start on that and slowly make their way right down to my toes
If you saw some money on the ground, would you bend and pick it up?
No I think I'll leave it there and let someone else have all the luck!
