SYNOPSIS
Five kittens wait for Santa's visit.
The Setting:
A kindle of Christmas kittens,
awaiting Santa Claus,
lay snoozing in their bright red hats
and lying on their paws.
They each have their own secret wish
to tell that jolly soul.
A kitty toy or special treat
or sip from eggnog bowl.
The Kitty Dreams:
Tuxedo wants a laser light
That bright red spot is quite a site.
He'll run around with such great zest
and chase it 'til he needs a rest,
Princess wants a bowl of cream.
That is her only Christmas dream.
She'll sit beside the bowl and lap
and then she'll take a great long nap.
Droopy wants a catnip plant,
so she can squirm and rub and pant,
but when her high has run its course,
she'll beg for more with feline force.
For Oreo, Temptation Treats.
They are his fav'rite bedtime eats.
Just one or two are not enough.
He really loves that kitty stuff.
For Max, a ball with jingle bell,
that he can chase and bat and smell.
If it gets lost, he'll just call Mom
and scream and yell without a qualm.
