The reindeer on the roof I hear,
as Santa Claus is drawing near.
Mamma insists that I must sleep,
but I have goals that I must keep.
I want to meet old Santa Claus;
It's quite important just because
I sent to him a great long list
and I must know what he has missed.
If he did not bring me my toy,
what other gifts can I enjoy?
So many presents fill my need
and all those gifts are due to greed.
And then I come to realize
that Christmas gifts are not the prize.
It does matter, worth or size,
but how I see them in my eyes.
